At www.Iomixe.com, we pride ourselves in offering the highest quality of merchandise. If you are not absolutely delighted with your purchase, return the item in its original condition within 180 days. The tag must still be attached.
Once the product is received, you will receive a refund in the form of the original payment within 7 business days, or the option of an exchange.

1- REQUEST A RETURN
Please email us at service@Iomixe.com with a request to return or exchange your purchase.
2- PACKING
Safely pack the items you wish to return and include the invoice.
If you no longer have the original packaging, please follow USPS, UPS or FedEx guidelines and package your items appropriately.
3- COURIER
Affix the printed label onto the package and seal it.
Make sure to cover or block out any previous shipping labels. Drop off the package at the nearest USPS, UPS or FedEx Ground location.
4- EXCHANGE, CREDIT OR REFUND
Once we receive your package, we will email you to confirm its arrival.
Full-priced items qualify for an exchange, store credit, or a full refund issued within 7 days of receiving the product.
All items purchased on sale or during a sale qualify for exchange or store credit, unless noted as final sale.
