At Kitchenware Craft, Inc., we aim to deliver your products safely and quickly, starting the moment you place an order. This Shipping Policy explains how we process and ship your items to ensure a smooth experience.

Our Shipping Approach
We ship many of our products directly from trusted manufacturers and fulfillment centers to reduce storage and packaging waste, while also supporting faster delivery and a more eco-conscious supply chain. This allows us to:

  • Deliver high-quality home products reliably

  • Maintain fair pricing without retail markups

  • Support a more sustainable delivery process

1. Order Processing & Shipping Costs

  • Processing Time: Please allow 2–5 business days for order review and packaging.

  • Peak Periods: During high-demand times (holidays/special promotions), processing may take up to 6 business days.

  • Shipping Fee: A flat fee of $6.99 applies to all orders, regardless of location.

2. Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery estimates are based on your location and fulfillment center:

  • United States: 8 – 14 business days

  • Canada / UK / Australia: 10 – 16 business days

  • Other Locations: 14 – 21 business days

Note: Delivery times may vary due to high-volume seasons or customs processing.

3. Track Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.

  • Tracking updates may take 1–3 business days to appear.

  • A delayed update doesn’t mean your order is lost; it’s still on its way.

4. International Shipments & Customs
For international orders, shipments are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).

  • Customs fees and import taxes are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Customs delays may affect delivery time.

  • Typically, customs fees for small home and lifestyle products are minimal, but regulations vary by country.

5. Changes or Cancellations
We process orders quickly, so:

  • To change shipping details or cancel an order, contact us at service@lomixe.com within 12 hours of purchase.

  • Orders already processed cannot be changed or canceled.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Damaged Items: If your package arrives damaged, please send a photo within 72 hours. We’ll send a replacement at no extra cost.

  • Lost Packages: If the carrier confirms your order is lost, we’ll send a replacement free of charge.
