At Kitchenware Craft, Inc., we want your shopping experience to be hassle-free. This policy outlines how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.

1. Return Eligibility
You can return items within 30 days from the delivery date. To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition

  • Packaging and tags (if applicable) must be intact

  • Proof of purchase is required

Items not meeting these conditions may not be accepted.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  • We’ll send you a return shipping label

  • Detailed instructions will be provided

Important: Returns without prior authorization cannot be processed.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Check your order upon arrival. If any item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away. We’ll assist you with a replacement or refund.

4. Non-Returnable Items
Some items are non-returnable, including:

  • Perishable products (e.g., food)

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or promotional products

If you're unsure about the eligibility of your item, please reach out before starting a return.

5. Exchanges
To exchange an item:

  1. Return the original item as per the instructions above

  2. Place a new order for the replacement item

This will ensure a quick exchange process.

6. International Orders – EU Customers
For EU orders, you can return or cancel within 14 days for any reason, provided the item is unused and in original condition. This is in addition to our standard 30-day return policy.

7. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you about your refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take up to 10 business days to process.

8. Return Address
Before returning an item, you must receive a return shipping label from us.
